On March 9th of every year marks a significant occasion for TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) as the company celebrates Diamond Day, a day symbolizing renewal and a steadfast commitment to a new path for sustainable business. This year, the 21st Diamond Day was held under the theme “Attention to Intention, Investing Action for Impact”, reflecting the collective determination of everyone in the organization to innovate and create solutions that drive TPC’s continued growth and prosperity.
A Global Celebration across Regions
Diamond Day 2025 was celebrated simultaneously in several countries, including Singapore, China, Indonesia, and Thailand. In Thailand, all TPC business groups came together to host a grand event. The occasion was graced by Mr.Nopadon Mantajit, Chairman of Unithai Group who delivered the opening remarks. This was followed by a live-streamed vision-sharing session by Chavalit Frederick Tsao, Chairman of TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) Group who emphasized the importance of building a workplace that fosters both inner happiness and physical well-being—a core philosophy of the Chairman.
Morning Session: Exploring Life and Purpose
After the opening ceremony, Ms. Janjira Panitpol, Head, Corporate Office, Thailand summarized the morning’s activities. Participants then engaged in the “Exploration of Life” session, an activity supported by alumni of the Mindful Living Program (MLP) who facilitated and summarized the discussions. This session allowed employees to reflect on their lives, share experiences, and gain deeper insights, fostering inspiration and deeper understanding among the team.
Afternoon Session: Conservation and Life Balance
The afternoon featured a variety of activities aimed at promoting environmental conservation and personal well-being. One of the highlights was the release of 4,488 baby sea bass organized by Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Ltd. This initiative not only contributed to marine conservation but also supported the livelihoods of local fishermen in the area.
Meanwhile, at Unithai Head office, employees participated in a “Mindful Wood Doll Painting” activity designed to enhance focus and provide a creativity for relaxation. The session received overwhelmingly positive feedback, as it allowed participants to unwind, express their creativity, and find mental balance amidst their busy work lives.
The 21st Diamond Day was more than just a celebration of TPC’s rebirth—it was a day of reflection, inspiration, and action. Through a series of meaningful activities, employees reaffirmed their commitment to driving positive outcomes for the organization, society, and the environment. As TPC moves forward, it does so with a clear vision: to grow sustainably while fostering happiness and well-being for all.
