All Unithai colleagues celebrated Diamond Day 2019 at the various sites on 8 March.
The activities were led by each Unithai business unit leaders to deliver key message from Mr Chavalit Frederick Tsao, IMC Group Chairman.
In this year, “Creativity” will replace “Prudence” as our Core Value and we will be launching our organizational development program – Quantum Leadership.
Leadership is the creativity and acting point, to creating a new possibility and environment within any situations. Creativity is the center of all leaderships, taking a very conscious and developmental way of creativity is part of Ouantum Leadership.
We also arranged the recognition ceremony of “Long Years Service Award 2019” to give away the Long Years Service Certification and souvenirs to our 29 colleagues who have been worked with Unithai Group for 10, 15, 20 years.
