Unithai Group Organizational Culture Development Program – Enhance Work Efficiency and Collaboration with Core Values program

People & Organization Department of Unithai Group have introduced Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Philosophy to our manager colleagues in July 2018 and provided the organizational culture development program to develop corporate culture with company core values in June – December 2019. Our objective is to ingrain core values in Unithai Group business and the way we are working together in Unithai Group. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is about the search for the best in people, our organization and our strengths-filled, opportunity-rich world around us. This program will be help to enhance Work Efficiency and Collaboration with Core Values program among Unithai Group Colleagues.
