Community Relations Team of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Limited joined Laem Chabang Port activities in the 9th Mangrove Forest and Laem Chabang Coast Conservation Project at Laem Chabang Mangrove Forest on June 7, 2019 The activities created a learning center and recreation education of mangrove forest conservation for youth and the public with Mr. Thani Kiatpipattanakul, Deputy Mayor, Laem Chabang Municipality, Pol.Capt.Thanabodi Thoopthienrat Assistant Director of Laem Chabang Port co-chaired the opening event, along with the executives, Laem Chabang port staff, docks operator, all 39 communities around Laem Chabang port and various government agencies. Participants participated in the repair of bridges and cleaning the area around the Laem Chabang mangrove forest. For this event, Laem Chabang Port donated funds to repair the bridge in Mangrove restoration Laem Chabang in the amount of 240,000 baht and received financial support from JWD Info Logistics Public Company Limited in the amount of 32,000 baht and also Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Limited gave for 10,000 baht to support this activity.
