Unithai Shipyard & Engineering and CUEL donated 30 electric hospital beds to Laem Chabang Hospital for the benefit of people living in Laem Chabang community
March 2021, Chonburi: Dr. Attasit Korchaiyapruek, Managing Director of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Limited and CUEL Limited, led executives and employees in handing over 30 electric hospital beds, worth 1.02 million baht, to Dr. Ramet Ampaipit, director of the Laem Chabang Hospital, for patient care at the hospital.
The purchase of these electric hospital beds is according to the objective of Unithai Shipyard – CUEL Run for Charity 2020, which was held to mark the 30th anniversary of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Limited and the 20th anniversary of the CUEL Limited at the Nongnooch Garden Pattaya last year.
The event raised fund to buy medical equipment for the Laem Chabang Hospital for public-benefit purposes paving way for the hospital to deliver better health and medical services to people living in the Company’s neighborhood. Unithai Shipyard – CUEL Run for Charity 2020 received support from all sectors namely executives and employees of both companies, the Laem Chabang City Municipality, the Sattahip Municipality, the Nongnooch Garden Pattaya, the Laem Chabang Hospital’s medical staff, the Laem Chabang Port, private organizations, 23 Laem Chabang communities, and general public.
