On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, a representative from Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Ltd. participated in the tree planting activity of the “72 Million Trees – Reviving the Forest” project, at the Laem Chabang Community Beach Sports Field organized by Laem Chabang Engineering Technology College.
Mr. Thani Kiatpipattanakul, Deputy Mayor of Laem Chabang City Municipality, presided over the ceremony along with the Laem Chabang City Municipality executives, local educational institutions, Laem Chabang Police Station, Laem Chabang Community Committee, public sector organizations, private sector, and students. Together, they planted a total of 72 trees, which are symbolic of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, to express their loyalty and gratitude to the monarchy, and in remembrance of His Majesty’s kindness, in honor of His Majesty’s upcoming 72nd birthday on July 28, 2024.
Moreover, this activity aims to improve the landscape and create a better environment in the community, providing a recreational area for the youth and community members to exercise and spend their leisure time productively.
